With the Acceleration program, the average athlete will see a 2-4 inch increase in vertical jump, a decrease of 0.2 seconds in a 40-yard sprint, 33% improvement in foot speed, and a 50% reduction in recovery rates.
We also offer an in-season Maintenance program, for those athletes looking to keep the edge throughout their season.

Athletic Republic's continuance program offers the in-season athlete the best opportunity to continue their individual skill development while continued reinforcement of muscle memory patterns. All sessions consist of our unique three period blend. Athletes will partake in 1st period Super Treadmill / Plyometric training, 2nd period functional strength / power circuit training and 3rd period Speed / Agility / Quickness training. Each session will focus on developing the athlete’s acceleration and speed during the season while maintaining proper sprinting bio-mechanics. Each session can be scheduled at anytime.
