With the Acceleration program, the average athlete will see a 2-4 inch increase in vertical jump, a decrease of 0.2 seconds in a 40-yard sprint, 33% improvement in foot speed and a 50% reduction in recovery rates.

Athletic Republic maintenance program offers the in-season athlete the best opportunity to continue their individual skill development while continued reinforcement of muscle memory patterns. All sessions consist of our unique three period blend. Athletes will partake in 1st period Super Treadmill / Plyometric training, 2nd period functional strength / power circuit training and 3rd period Speed / Agility / Quickness training. Each session will focus on developing the athlete’s acceleration and speed during the season while maintaining proper sprinting bio-mechanics. Each session can be scheduled at anytime.
The 4th Quarter program is designed specifically for the High School Football Player looking to gain an edge on the competition by improving speed, power and quickness during the off-season. The program is scientifically tested and proven to increase vertical jump by 2"- 4", decrease 40 yd dash time by 0.2 seconds, improve foot speed by 33%, and increase leg strength by 20%.
If you’re a lineman wanting a quicker burst off the line, a running back looking to improve that side step to hit the gap, or a quarterback looking for quicker feet in a 3 step drop, 4TH QUARTER is how you get it. 2 sessions per week will focus on linear speed development on our Athletic Republic High-Speed Treadmill and Speed / Agility / Quickness training. 1 session per week consists of retro-grade treadmill training and Athletic Republic Plyometric training. Sessions begin with a dynamic warm-up and end with an Active Isolated Stretch.
