All Athletic Republic trainers go through a rigorous certification process ensuring that they are qualified to train competitive athletes. The certification process includes educating trainers on exercise physiology, nutrition, human motion, human performance, usage of proprietary equipment, training protocols, exercise technique, coaching philosophy, and more.
The majority of our trainers possess a minimum of a bachelors degree in an exercise science-based field.
Additionally, all of our trainers have had upper-level, hands-on playing and/or coaching experiences in their areas of specialization.
